Sizzlin' Electra

Ever since I saw this vest on the cover of Rowan 38, I have wanted to make it. I've had the yarn for a while, but I put off knitting it because I wasn't sure I could handle the Fair Isle.

To my surprise, it actually was easy and I was able to knit faster than usual. I think it's because I get bored easily, so I tend to take a long time to complete a large section of St st or rib st. There's never a dull moment with Fair Isle!

Pattern: Electra by Louisa Harding for Rowan
Yarns used: Main color - Rowan Yorkshire Tweed DK #343, Cheer; Yorkshire Tweed DK #350, Frolic; Rowan Felted Tweed #142, Melody; Felted Tweed #139, Crush
Needles: Clover Bamboo circs, US 5 & 6; Addi Turbo circs, US 3

Note: This was knit using smaller needles than called for in the pattern, in order to get gauge. I knit the size XL and had plenty of yarn leftover in all colors.
